Key Holding Services

Upon instructing us to key-hold for your property, we will complete a free initial property visit, where an initial check & inspection will be carried and a report will be supplied with a photographic inventory of each room.

Basic Key Holding is free of charge and the best option if you simply need somebody to be available in the event of an alarm being activated, work or tradesmen needing access to your property, deliveries being made or any type of accident or emergency.  Keys are available at all times and are delivered to the property.

If you decide to go for key holding with inspections, a full inspection report is sent & immediate issues are raised through preferred communication method.
